To issue marriage licenses and to conduct civil wedding ceremonies. | | NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Solano County Assessment Appeals Board will sit as the Board of Equalization, beginning July 19, 2010 to equalize the assessment of property on the local roll and shall continue in session for that purpose, from time to time, until the business of equalization is completed.
