ABOUT THE NUT TREE AIRPORT

The famous Nut Tree Airport is a Division of Solano County's General Services Department and lies midway between two of the nation's most vibrant metropolitan regions - San Francisco and Sacramento, California.  Located in Vacaville, the Nut Tree Airport boasts a moderate Mediterranean climate with dry, warm summers and moderate winters.

The 4,700 foot runway at Nut Tree Airport accommodates light aircraft to corporate jets.  Airport operations, maintenance, hangar and office rentals, along with tie-down services are handled by the Airport's Administration Office.

NUT TREE AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Nut Tree Airport Advisory Committee meets quarterly on the fourth Wednesday in January, April, July, and October at 6 p.m. in the Nut Tree Airport's conference room. Call 707-469-4600 to confirm the schedule.

FUELING
Nut Tree Airport offers self-serve fuel for both 100LL and Jet-A. Truck service for Jet-A is available Monday-Friday 8-5pm, and after hours by prior arrangement. Please call Fueling Services at (707) 470-9281 for additional information.

ACTIVITIES
The YOUNG EAGLE program introduces youth 8-17 years old to aviation. Introductory flights usually begin in March and conclude in November, and dates depend on the weather conditions.
