Pursuant to California State Senate Bill 1342 and per Solano County Board Resolution 2013-233, the DA Fraud Fee for certain existing official record documents is inceasing from $3.00 to $10.00. This increase (a maximum of $10.00) will also apply to certain new documents. The fee will be collected at the time of recording. Please see the Recording Official Documents page for a listing of the affected documents.

Penalty Print (Govt Code 27361)
Penalty print is charged on all documents with print smaller than 9 lines per vertical inch or 22 characters per inch horizontally per page
