Support Services Manager (Interim)

Todd Dischinger began his law enforcement career in 1974 serving first with the San Jose Police Department, followed by the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Department, and later as sergeant with the Vacaville Police Department. In 1996, Todd held the position of Staff Analyst in the Personnel Services Bureau of the Solano County Sheriff’s Office. Thereafter, he served as the Academy Coordinator for the Napa Valley College Basic Police Academy, and recently retired as their Director of the Instructional Skills program.

Todd joined the Solano County Sheriff’s Office once again in February 2015, and he is currently acting as the Interim Support Services Manager. He is responsible for the operations of civilian and technical support services of the Property-ID and Cal-ID programs, which include crime scene processing, Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS), and the Records/Warrants and Civil programs.

Todd earned an Associate in Science degree in Administration of Justice from West Valley College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Chapman University, and is a California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Master Instructor.
