Mail Ballot Precincts

State election law provides that precincts with fewer than 250 voters may be sent Vote by Mail ballots instead of setting up a polling place (Elections Code § 3005).  The Board of Supervisors has agreed, in the spirit of treating all such precincts fairly, that all precincts with fewer than 250 voters will be Vote by Mail or mailed ballot precincts. You may turn in your Vote by Mail ballot to any polling place on election day.
