ELECTION CALENDAR DEADLINE CHANGE

The Solano County Registrar of Voters Office is modifying the following deadlines related to Measures. These dates include filing deadlines for Impartial Analysis, Arguments and Rebuttals. This will modify the public viewing period as shown. This change is being implemented due to alignment of schedules to adhere to the multi-jurisdictional deadlines related to Measure AA by the Bay Area Restoration Authority. Anyone who has previously submitted an argument, or rebuttal may make changes to their documents until the new deadline date

March 22, 2016 (E-77)

Impartial analysis due (all)

March 23, 2016 (E-76)

Arguments Due for Ballot Measures

March 24, 2016 - April 3, 2016 (E-75 to E-65)

10-day Public Inspection Period for Arguments For and Against any Measure

March 28, 2016 (E-71)

Deadline for Filing Rebuttals For or Against Ballot Measures

March 29, 2016 - April 8, 2016 (E-70 to E-60)

10-day Public Inspection Period for Rebuttals to Arguments For and Against any Measure


The Solano County Registrar of Voters will be closed on these dates:

Monday, May 30, 2016

Any deadline that falls on one of these holidays will be moved to the business date identified in the Election Calendar or Candidate Guide Book.
