The Multi-Family component is open to multi-family properties with five or more attached units.  Work with the free consultant to customize a package of improvements that are expected to save 10 percent or more a multi-family’s whole building energy use.

The program assists in planning energy saving improvements designed to help bring down the cost of an upgrade by 20 to 40 percent.
