Department of Child Support Services

The Department of Child Support Services locates non-custodial parents, establishes paternity, and establishes and enforces child support orders to help meet the financial, medical, and emotional needs of children. Anyone who has a child support and/or medical support order, or wants to establish such an order, can apply for child support enforcement services by completing an application. If a child receives CalWORKs or Foster Care the Department of Health and Social Services will automatically refer the case to this office and a case will be opened.

http://www.insurance.ca.gov/0100-consumers/0060-information-guides/0010-automobile/lca/index.cfm

The California Low Cost Automobile Insurance Program provides affordable liability only auto insurance that meets the state's financial responsibility laws.
