CalFresh (formerly known as Food Stamps)  enables low-income individuals and families a way to buy more food, improve nutrition, and stretch their grocery budget. In certain situations, eligible applicants may receive emergency CalFresh benefits within three (3) days. To apply in person visit your local H&SS office.
