1. Receive a report from the Assessor - Recorder, Treasurer -Tax Collector - County Clerk, Auditor - Controller, and County Administrator regarding the impacts on the County from the extraordinary economic conditions currently facing the nation and state

2. Consider approving an agreement with Lucas Austin and Alexander LLC (dba Brooks Street) to develop a shared vision of the Solano County Fairgrounds development, and adopting implementation procedures, and establishing a project budget of not to exceed $2 million for FY 08/09 (4/5 vote required)
